Assign a new task to a user

Users can assign tasks to themselves or to other users.

Go to the Customers tab and click on the customer you want to add a task for.

Click on the button "New task" in the activity history section.

A window will open where you can create the task.

  1. Intiza will send an email to that user with a notification about this new task.
